Asking for feedback

Hello members. Please take your time to read this.
I recently made a poll regarding how you feel about the people who take care of this group and some constructive critique would be nice (:
If you don't want to talk to us here, then you can note us.
And it's important that you feel respected, so if someone in the staff treat you in a bad way, please note me about it

I'm not just saying this for no reason. It's good to know what the members think. A line or two would be fine and it can be either about something you think we do good so we can keep it up, or something we should try to improve. I'm most interested in the latter, since it's a bit concerning when I find out that some feel that staff has been rude to them.
