We're strict on membership application to prevent art theft and the likes. For illustrations, please make sure that your art itself is somehow viewable by others. This is for your own sake, as you will attract more attention with good quality! However, you won't be declined to JOIN our group if some of your art has lower quality. Every artist has the right to submit unfinished sketches, WIPs, etc. to their own galleries. (:

NUMBER OF VOTES NEEDED FOR YOUR DEVIATION TO BE FEATURED :[ MEMBERS ] need 4 votes for your deviation to be accepted.
[ CONTRIBUTORS ] need 2 votes for your deviation to be accepted.
DEVIATION ENTRY LIMIT :[ MEMBERS ] can upload 2 deviations a week.
[ CONTRIBUTORS ] can upload 4 deviations per week.
[ MODERATORS ] can now vote the other things that comes up (my mistake not to implement it before)

nakipan : since you can only submit two deviations per week, please choose your best quality works! It's more fun for most people to look at something you worked hard on rather than a sketch. Well, sketches can be good too, if you put a lot of details in it or something. (: )
[ S U B M I S S I O N . R U L E S ]
If your gallery contains something that breaks the rules, this could be a reason why you haven't been accepted.
1. Do not submit stolen artwork
2. Submit pictures to the right category (if you don't know where it belongs, then please ask us~)
3. If something needs a mature filter, then put mature filter on if you want to submit it here. Otherwise it won't be accepted.
4. We do not accept anything that could be considered porn, extremely violent and/or gory, anything that could be extremely offensive to the DeviantART community, or anything that violates the DeviantART submission rules
5. If you submit a picture that isn't 100% yours(i.e if you color someones lineart, collabs, or if you edit another persons picture), then you have to be able to, at any time(when you're on dA), show that you have permission to use or edit it and also properly credit the original work/the person who you collaborated with.
6. Screenshots of dekstops are not allowed
7. Be sure that your entry belongs to "vocaloid" family only. Unrelated artworks will be automatically rejected.
8. Please, do not post small thumbnails of pictures(This actually happens...) Post pictures in a proper, view-able size.
9. Please only submit CLEAN lineart and sketches. WIPs and 5 min sketches belong in your scrapbook, or perhaps your own gallery. [:
10. No traced or eyeballed pictures!
11. When using bases, make sure that they are original, and not traced without permission from the original artist. If the base maker do not have written permission to make a base, then we won't accept the base either.
You will be declined to join if we find any of the following in your gallery; 1, 4, 5(only if you don't have permission), 8, 10, 11(with the exception of original bases, or bases traced with written permission from the artist whoms artwork is traced.)

I'll update this as the gallery is updated, since some folders might be removed.
Hatsune Miku: Here you can submit pictures where only Miku is in it
Miku and Other: This folder is for pictures where Miku and other Vocaloids appear
Other Vocaloid: As the name suggest, you are supposed to submit pictures of Vocaloids without Miku in it here.
Miku's Cosplay: For the meantime there is only a cosplay folder for Miku. If there are Miku+other vocaloids in the pictures, then it's fine to submit them here.
Stamps: Submit your stamps here. Make sure you made them yourself.
Black and white drawings: Submit your pencil sketches, lineart, black/white drawings here. No WIPs please.
Fanfiction and comics: Submit comic pages, 4-komas, stories and similar things here.
Crossovers and OCs: In this folder you can submit pictures of your Vocaloid OCs, pictures where Vocaloids and characters from other series/games/etc. appear, or pictures of a character cosplaying as a Vocaloid.
MMD and 3D models: For pictures/clips made with MMD or other 3D programs
Papercraft: Submit pictures of your Vocaloid papercrafts.
craft: This is for your homemade plushies, figurines etc. To submit here you don't need to have proffessional cameras or be super-creative with your photos. But we do ask that the lighting is good and that you can see the craft clearly. Detail shots and shots from different angles are encouraged!
FIGURINE RELATED DEVIATIONSWe don't accept photos of figurines etc. that you didn't put any effort into. It has to be more interesting than just a photo of a figurine.
We don't want photos of your Miku t-shirts or towels or cups.
And we won't accept stolen art either. All stolen art will be removed and reported.
